First Communion and Confirmation Registration Applications

Applications will be open from September 20 to October 4, 2026.

Deadline: October 4, 2026

• Applications will be submitted online.
  • Scan the QR code in the bulletin or on our parish website to access the form and upload the required documents.
• Due to limited class sizes and catechists, we accept applications only from children who live within the parish boundaries and whose families are active, registered parishioners.
• First come, first served.

Required Documents:

• First Communion:
  • Birth Certificate &
  • Baptism Certificate
  • N.B. Catechism fee is $100 per child, payable in cash at the Information Meeting with parents, the pastor, and the catechists.
  • Completed form:  First Communion Application 2026

• Confirmation:
  • Birth Certificate,
  • Baptism Certificate,
  • First Communion Certificate of the child, and the
  • updated Baptism Certificate of the Sponsor or his/her original Baptism, Confirmation, and Marriage (if applicable)
  • N.B. Catechism fee is $100 per child, payable in cash at the Information Meeting with parents, the pastor, and the catechists.
  • Completed form: Confirmation Application 2026

Confirmation Sponsor Requirements:

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must have received Baptism, First Communion, and Confirmation.
• Must be in good standing with the Catholic Church and live a life of faith appropriate to the role.
• Cannot be the father or mother of the candidate.
• A sponsor must be living in accordance with the teachings of the Catholic Church.
  • A person who is single or widowed is eligible.
  • A married sponsor must be married in the Catholic Church.
  • A person who is in a common-law relationship, in a second union without an annulment of a previous marriage, or who is divorced and has remarried without an annulment is not eligible to serve as a sponsor.
